HCR Home Care (“HCR” or the “Company”) is an independent home care provider of certified, licensed, private-duty, and care-management services across 25 counties in Upstate New York. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads HCR to fulfill its mission and strategic imperatives. This includes developing and implementing the Company’s direction and strategy, business planning, and achieving financial goals.  The organization’s executive leaders (COO, CAO and Controller) report directly to the CEO.  An engaged and impressive group of board members serves in a governance role. HCR’s ownership structure is an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) model.  The CEO is a visionary leader who actively grows the business by exploiting high leverage strategic relationships to create a strong future for patients, employees, and the bottom line.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is required.
  • Master’s degree with business or clinical emphasis preferred.
  • Seasoned executive health care leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in the home health and care management industry.
  • Evidence of serial success and advancement preferred.
