KBA has been exclusively retained by Architech Sports & Physical Therapy (ASPT) to conduct a search for their new Chief Financial Officer as they continue their rapid growth in the Carolinas.

Opportunity Highlights: 

• Join at a time of tremendous growth and opportunity with a private equity backed organization.
• Reports to the CEO of ASPT.
• Plans to grow from current 8 locations to 14 by the end of 2024.
• Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Opportunity for an up-and-coming leader to grow with an organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or Finance).
• Certified Public Accountant or CPA candidate preferred.
• 7-10 years relevant experience, including a significant role as a standalone finance/accounting leader for an investor-owned healthcare business.
• Experience in multi-site, retail-oriented locations in a health wellness industry is preferred.
• Experience with investor plus lender reporting packages and analytics.
• Able to credibly articulate financial information to board members.
