Senior Director, Cardiovascular Services

Kirby Bates Associates is pleased to partner with Washington Hospital Healthcare System in their search for a Senior Director, Cardiovascular Services.

Washington Hospital Healthcare System (WHHS), the premier health care provider in the greater Fremont region, is seeking a contemporary, clinically proficient, leader for their Cardiovascular Services. The Senior Director will join a team of highly experienced physicians, nursing professionals, and radiology technicians in this Magnet designated facility. Working collaboratively with the Medical Director and reporting to the Chief of System Operations and Support, the new Senior Director will be responsible for developing and implementing high-level strategies to help grow the CV program in volume and services.

  • Taylor McAdam Bell Neuroscience Institute

  • Washington Outpatient Rehabilitation Center and Washington Institute for Joint Restoration and Research

The incumbent will support the WHHS mission to meet the health care needs of area residents through advanced, superior medical services, education, and research. The successful candidate will bring clinical expertise in cardiovascular services, collaborative leadership style, systems thinking, and the ability to evaluate and monitor processes to ensure productivity and efficiency. The Senior Director’s responsibilities will include:

  • Vascular Imaging/Cath Lab
  • Non-Invasive Cardiology (EKG/Stress Testing)
  • Cardiac Rehab
  • Interventional Radiology Clinic


  • Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree in nursing/nursing administrator or related field
  • Minimum of 8-10 years in cardiovascular services with at least three years in a leadership
