UP Health System – Marquette has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to conduct a search for their next Director, Care Management.

The Director of Care Management (Director) is responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan, overseeing departmental operations, and optimizing resources to drive organizational success while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and quality outcomes. The Director will foster a culture of professional growth, innovation, and evidence-based practice to enhance care coordination. Additionally, the Director will provide financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation, to ensure the department’s fiscal health and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or health-related field required; Master’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan or eligible for.
• 2 years of case management experience and 4 years of leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Power Point applications.
• Prior experience in a union organization is preferred.
