Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Northside Hospital System to conduct a search for their new Director of Quality Performance Improvement for the Northside system.
The Northside Hospital System is comprised of over 250 locations across Georgia, including five not for profit hospitals with over 1,700 licensed beds, 3,700 physicians on staff and over 25,000 employees.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Newly expanded system level Director role responsible for leading the Quality Performance Improvement (QI PI) Team.
- Reports directly to the system Vice President, Quality Improvement.
- Serves as a key champion for implementing PI excellence across the system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing required.
- Master’s degree in clinical, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years progressive performance or process improvement leadership experience, including three years’ experience in a healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated experience in project management of complex multidisciplinary teams and initiatives.
- Demonstrated change management skills/experience.
- Quality Improvement certification (LSSBB or CPHQ) preferred.
