Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Cath Lab Clinical Manager at a STEMI and Stroke Center, a Magnet-designated organization in California. This position oversees 5 hybrid rooms providing services including Structural Heart, EP, Cardiac, IR, and Neuro.
Requirements:
- RN California license (California is not a compact state, but a temp license is available).
- Previous Cath Lab leadership experience.
- BSN.
Our leaders also receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800 – $850 per day ($208,000 – $221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
