Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in Oregon. The Interim CFO will have oversight of three hospitals, a Level II Trauma Center and two critical access facilities.
The Interim CFO should be savvy in hospital operations with experience in similar size organizations. Reporting to the Interim CFO is a finance manager, and three financial analysts.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree.
- Union Experience.
- Interim leadership experience.
- Critical Access and payor mix experience a plus.
