Interim Chief Financial Officer

Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is currently seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer for an engagement opportunity in Washington State.

The 350-bed hospital, nonprofit organization and specialty care clinics were recognized as best Regional Hospital by U.S. News and World report and one of the Top 150 Places to Work in Healthcare Hospitals.

The Interim CFO will report directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Master Degree in Business Administration required with concentration in healthcare management preferred or similar experience.
  • Experience in a Hospital/Acute Care setting.
  • CPA background preferred.
  • Twenty (20) years of accounting, business or finance experience with five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare financial management experience .
  • Proven financial turnaround experience.

Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.

The pay rate for this position is $1100-$1200 per day ($286,000 – $312,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
