Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Compliance Officer for a large safety net hospital organization in the upper mid-west. The position reports to the Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer.
Requirements:
- Masters in jurisprudence.
- License to practice Law.
- Expertise in provider-based billing, Medicare CoPs, and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback, etc.).
- Hospital Legal experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900 – $1,000 per day ($234,000 – $260,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
