Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim System Director of HIM and Documentation in Oklahoma. The health system has 6 hospitals including a level II trauma center and multiple clinicals. This position reports directly to the CFO and will be overseeing 100 ftes including Managers and directors.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership in Health Information Management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management/Administration, Nursing, or related field of study.
- Certification through AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or a Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT). Certified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) or Certified Documentation.
