Dartmouth Health has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to lead a national search for a Nurse Manager for their Birthing Pavilion, a 21-room, 24-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) unit with 1,300 deliveries annually. The Birthing Pavilion includes two ORs and a two-bed triage room.
The Nurse Manager will lead the delivery of high quality, patient/family centered care and foster a culture of collaboration and engagement within the nursing team, physicians, and key stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required, with Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of five years of leadership experience in Women’s services.
