Operations Manager

Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Tipton Health Communications to conduct a search for an Operations Manager to join their team.  As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of Tipton Health’s internal processes, client engagements, and administrative workflows. You will oversee day-to-day business functions, coordinate projects, optimize systems, and support leadership in driving operational success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operational Management & Process Optimization
  • Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management

  • Administrative Oversight & Travel Coordination

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations, project management, or administrative leadership.
  • Strong ability to set up and manage operational tools and systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant business technologies. Experience in calendar management and travel coordination.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills, with a focus on engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
