UP Health System—Marquette has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to lead a national search for a Service Line Administrator, Heart and Vascular Institute.

The Service Line Administrator (Administrator), Heart and Vascular Institute (Institute) will lead strategic growth while successfully collaborating with physicians and key stakeholders. The Administrator will build an innovative, progressive program. The position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer with dotted line to the Regional Vice President, Physician Services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
• A minimum of five years of leadership experience in Heart and Vascular services.
• Prior experience in a union organization is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen.
