The Position

The Vice President Search Services reports directly to the Executive Vice President Search Services and will work collaboratively with the KBA Search Team to develop and execute a robust business development strategy. Responsibilities include business development and implementation, client relationship management, business outreach action plans, business projections, and positive revenue growth. The Vice President Search Services (VPSS) engages in successful marketing of KBA services, secures new contracted business, conducts marketing and business development site visits, and effectively communicates with the clients to assure the highest-level of customer satisfaction and flow of new business for the company. The incumbent ensures positive communication and excellent customer service to meet client expectations. The incumbent is also expected to actively contribute to the strategic planning, management and overall success of KBA. All KBA team members and leaders work in a virtual office environment.


  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a senior healthcare-based role and retained search sales experience required.
  • A Master’s Degree in Nursing, Human Resource Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or another relevant field preferred.
  • Business development and client consultative experience required. Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, communication, negotiation and the ability to persuade and influence people.
  • Proven ability to deliver a business development strategy to achieve corporate objectives and ensure excellence in customer service.
