Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking a Consultant, Dental Claims Configuration & Processing. This highly specialized subject-matter expert will provide senior-level dental claims operational leadership to support the organization’s dental oversight function during a critical period of operational stabilization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of dental claims experience, including deep expertise in claims processing and operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience with dental claims configuration and benefit setup, translating benefit design into accurate claims adjudication.
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g., state insurance departments, OPM, CMS, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough root-cause analysis and deliver insights that withstand external audit scrutiny.
