Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized healthcare leadership firm, is pleased to announce an exciting engagement opportunity for an Interim Director of Finance, Health Plans with a leading healthcare organization in Wisconsin.
In this role, the Interim Director of Finance, Health plans will oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll department and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. This position reports directly to the President of Corporate Finance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field required, master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5 to 10 years of health plan experience in financial analysis activities, including forecasting and budgeting.
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial management, investment management, and debt financing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Insurance, Medicare and/or healthcare industry experience.
