Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership search firm, is partnering with a leading health system in Maryland to identify an experienced Interim Manager, PACU.
This position reports directly to the Clinical Director and oversees including Patient Liaisons, Registered Nurses, and Critical Care Technicians.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse License in Maryland (MD is a compact state)
- BSN required
- Leadership experience in PACU required
- ACLS and BLS required
- CPAN or CAPA certification required.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800.00 to $850.00 per day ($208,000 – $221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
