Kirby Bates Interim Leadership is seeking an experienced Interim Director, Emergency Department in Ohio.
The Interim Director will have responsibility for the full-service line to include the flagship hospital, two free-standing EDs, and six total ERs and a pediatric stand-alone ER.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Ohio is a compact state)
- Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) .
- Emergency Department Service Line experience
- Interim Leadership experience in the Emergency Department.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transition, manage change, and stabilize department operations quickly.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS required, TNCC
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $975.00 per day ($234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
