Kirby Bates Interim Leadership is seeking an experienced Interim Associate Chief Nursing Officer of Behavioral Health for a multi-hospital organization in Massachusetts.
The ACNO will oversee behavioral health units across two campuses and manage daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license; Massachusetts is not a Compact state.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Leadership experience in behavioral health.
- Experience with Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) regulations.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $950.00 per day ($247,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
