Kirby Bates Interim Leadership is seeking an experienced Interim Nurse Manager, Behavioral Health for a multi-hospital organization in Massachusetts. The Interim Nurse Manager will help oversee the daily operations of the unit and support the team while getting ready for the biannual survey.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license; Massachusetts is not a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN).
- Leadership experience in behavioral health.
- Experience with Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH) regulations.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850.00 per day ($221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
