With more than thirty years of diverse healthcare experience, Jayne Kim has seasoned expertise in executive search and consulting. She previously held positions with healthcare executive search firms including Phillips DiPisa and Madison Miles; public accounting firms like KPMG and PWC; and academic medical centers such as Boston Medical Center, NYU, and Mount Sinai.
Prior to her current role at Kirby Bates, Jayne developed a start-up regional healthcare executive search practice for a national organization. She also spent over 20 years with a boutique healthcare executive search firm and has completed over 300 executive and c-suite searches.
Through her extensive experience, Jayne brings a deep understanding of healthcare finance, operations, and clinical functions to the search process. Jayne partners with healthcare leaders from a broad range of care delivery organizations, including academic medical centers, physician practices, and community hospitals.
Jayne’s valuable interpersonal and communication skills strengthen her significant project management expertise. Her approach is proactive, focused, efficient, and client-centric. She is recognized for her integrity and discretion, and she brings a direct and results-oriented approach to the search process. Jayne has developed and cultivated long-term relationships among myriad senior executives, both as clients and candidates, and she is a trusted confidant, mentor, and coach.
Jayne is actively involved in professional associations including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
She earned a Master of Public Health degree in Health Administration from Columbia University and has a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Vermont. Jayne is originally from Rhode Island and currently resides in Massachusetts.
