This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic, visionary, and patient-centered nurse leader to lead perioperative nursing practice and champion patient care excellence at a nationally recognized academic medical center—ranked the #1 hospital in Tennessee.
Accountable to the President of VUMC and the VUMC CNO, and in partnership with the Associate Operating Officer, the ANO, Perioperative Services provides strategic, and operational leadership for a large and complex Patient Care Center, partnering with medical and administrative leaders to drive high-quality, and financially sound clinical operations while advancing patient outcomes, staff engagement, and organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees required (one of which must be in Nursing). Doctorate preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
- Ten years of progressive senior leadership experience in a high-volume academic perioperative/surgical services setting.
