Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center to conduct a search for their next Chief Executive Officer.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a high-energy executive team and engaged board to strategize the hospital’s vision of continuing to provide excellent service for its island community. A leader who is collaborative, transformational, communicative, and financially astute will be a great fit. We are seeking experienced heath care executives who will bring vision, further support clinical excellence, drive physician recruitment, enhance revenues and fundraising efforts, and promote community engagement. Motivation to live in the Caribbean will be key to the candidates’ success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and master’s degree required.
• More than five years of senior healthcare management experience as CEO of a 100+-bed facility or as a COO of a larger organization.
• Management experience in a public hospital or health system is a plus.
