Chief Nursing Officer

This is an exciting time to be joining a world-class children’s hospital, Riley Children’s Health, a four-time designated Magnet and only level I Pediatric Trauma Center in Indiana, part of Indiana University Health. The organization is recruiting a Chief Nursing Officer to lead the inpatient clinical activities of OB and pediatric services within the Riley facility, as well as other facilities with pediatric services within the IU Health system. Riley is embarking upon a long-term strategy of expanding pediatric services across the state of Indiana, as well as building a new 100-bed inpatient unit, which will house their level III NICU, OB ICU, and other critical services beyond their current structure.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned nurse leader with five years senior level experience as a CNO or part of the leadership team as ACNO or similar level position working within a complex healthcare delivery system, ideally an academic environment. Strong pediatric experience and track record of working successfully in a matrix organization with a broad range of adult and pediatric services.
