The Position
Primary responsibilities include conducting a comprehensive assessment of ambulatory oncology services, the development of a GAP analysis, and launching implementation plans to foster needed improvements. The Administrative Director supports the consistent use of the nursing process in a professional and healthy work environment. In addition, the Administrative Director has responsibility and accountability for all key functions including Operations Management, Patient Care Management, Quality and Compliance Management, Physician Collaboration, Employee Relations Administration, Revenue Cycle Management, and Budget Management.

Requirements for the position include:
- BSN required, MS strongly preferred
- Seven years of clinical experience and a minimum of five (5) years of management experience in an outpatient oncology setting
- Content expert in oncology nursing practice
- Currently licensed as an RN in PA
- Strongly preferred: OCN certification or other nationally recognized certifications
