Kirby Bates Interim Leadership is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Organ Donation Recovery Services in Georgia.
This leader will provide hands-on direction during an important period of growth and cultural renewal.
The Interim Director will oversee four managers and will partner closely with the Executive Director. The interim leader will provide hands-on, on-site leadership and operational oversight for the Georgia Recovery Services team.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant (Georgia is a compact state) preferred or equivalent with three to four years of job-related experience.
- Demonstrated strong leadership and staff management skills, understanding of application of policies and protocols for procurement, with a demonstrated understanding of the consent process.
- Comprehensive knowledge and ability to analyze organ/tissue development and recovery activities.
- Leadership experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900.00 per day ($234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
