Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an Interim Evening Nurse Manager in California.
This skilled nursing facility is fully accredited and has served the community for over 30 years. The organization provides medical and rehabilitative care to about 800 residents each year, including individuals who need long-term nursing care and those needing short-term medical supervision as they recover from an illness, injury or surgery.
Key Qualifications:
- BSN preferred.
- Active California Nursing license (CA is not a compact state).
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience is strongly preferred.
Our leaders receive a competitive compensation package that includes housing, transportation, and regular home travel.
The pay rate for this position is $900 per day ($234,000 annually), with final compensation based on experience, expertise, and education.
