Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an Interim Manager, Sterile Processing Department in New York City.
The Interim Manager, Sterile Processing Department will have oversite of one campus and be responsible for providing clinical oversight and leadership for the Instrument Room and Sterilization Room in the Perioperative Environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Associates degree required
- 4-6 years of experience as a Surgical technologist or Central Sterile Technician with an exceptional understanding of sterilization techniques.
- Certified Registered Central Service Technician preferred
- Leadership experience required.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $500-$550 per day ($130,000- $143,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
