Kirby Bates Associates, a national nursing Search and Consulting Firm, is working in partnership with Dignity Health at its Mercy Medical Center Merced in CA to identify a seasoned cardiovascular nurse leader to join the nursing leadership team as the Nurse Manager for the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and inpatient Telemetry Unit. Reporting to the CNEO, the Nurse Manager has operational responsibility for direction and supervision of nursing care, human resource management, performance improvement, and support of a patient safe environment.

Requirements for the position include:
- Current RN License in the State of California required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of Five (5) years of nursing management experience required in cardiovascular interventional setting.
- Leadership experience in a unionized hospital environment.
- Strongly preferred: Experience as an interim leader; CCRN certification or other nationally recognized nursing certification.
