Kirby Bates Interim Leadership is seeking an experienced Interim Emergency Department Manager for a Critical Access hospital in Illinois. The hospital provides quality medical, surgical, and emergency health services to the community and the surrounding areas. They are accredited by The Joint Commission and by the College of American Pathologists. The hospital is licensed by the State of Illinois Department of Public Health.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Interim Leadership experience in the Emergency Départment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through transition, manage change, and stabilize department operations quickly.
- ACLS, BLS, PALS and TNCC are required.
