Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive and interim leadership search, is seeking an experienced Interim Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead human resources strategy and operations for a multi-site health system in the Northern Midwest area. The leader will have three direct reports.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Administration, or Organizational Resources.
- Eight to ten years’ human resources responsibility with at least five years of executive/ management experience in a multi-organizational corporate environment.
- Experience with healthcare, labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, retention, organizational design, and management development.
- Union experience required.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $1100 to $1200 per day ($286,000-$312,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
