The facility is a Level II Trauma center. This organization is a mission-driven healthcare system located in California’s Central Coast region, dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse and underserved population.
Key Qualifications:
- BSN required.
- Active California State nursing license in (CA is not a compact state).
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Trauma Program Experience required.
- Union Experience
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800.00 per day ($208,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
