Service Line Administrator, Perioperative Services.  The Service Line Administrator reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer is accountable and responsible for the ongoing management and strategic growth of the Surgical Services programs. The Service Line Administer will also be accountable for the Nursing practice in Surgical Services working with the Chief Nursing Officer. Key Partnerships will be with the Surgical Service Medical Director and Anesthesia Medical Director. Goshen Health Hospital performs approximately 1500 inpatient cases and 3800 outpatient cases annually. The Service Line Administrator will be expected to provide leadership, vision and strategic guidance to this critical service line.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
• B.S.N required, Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Seven years nursing management experience in acute care setting.
• Ability to establish strong collaborative relationships with physician leaders and with leaders of other disciplines.
• Strong operational leadership ability, fiscal competency, knowledge of resource planning and marketing.
