Our client, a nationally recognized leading government services firm, specializes in administering programs supporting state health and human services programs. The organization’s team of clinicians assesses consumers to ensure they receive the appropriate level of services.

The Vice President and Program Administrator (VP) will provide strategic leadership and direction for the management of clinical assessment services. This executive position collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, employee engagement, profitability, positive relationships, as well as compliance with laws, regulations, and standards. The position is based in New York.

Opportunity Highlights: 

  • Lead strategic planning and shape service delivery and execution.
  • Innovate and improve program services and enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Target Salary: $245,000 with a performance bonus.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in business development and growth.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Capacity to foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
