Chief Healthcare Operations Officer

Kirby Bates Associates has been exclusively retained by Precision Diagnostics to conduct a search for their newly created position of Chief Healthcare Operations Officer (CHOO).

The CHOO will play a pivotal role in driving clinical strategy, ensuring exceptional quality standards, spearheading the development and implementation of innovative clinical programs. The CHOO collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including laboratory operations, medical affairs, and business development, to optimize clinical operations and elevate the organization as a leader in the industry. The right candidate will be prepared to pioneer new technology solutions to meet the immediate needs of the organization’s partners across the United States.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with additional qualifications such as a master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field are preferred.
• Registered Nurses with diverse clinical and case management backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience in an operations leadership role within the healthcare delivery system is required.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality improvement initiatives and clinical workflow processes, with a track record of achieving measurable outcomes.
• Track record of identifying and successfully implementing advanced technology solutions to meet a complex and ever-changing business environment.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced private equity backed healthcare organization with a “See It, Own It, Solve It, Do It” philosophy.

Salary Range: $150-200k (Dependent on Candidate)
