The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) reports to SRN CEO and works collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team at Spaulding and within the MGB system. Working as a member of a collaborative, interprofessional team, the CNO participates in strategic planning and the development of innovative programs and services. As the senior leader for the clinical practice of Nursing and Patient Care Services, the CNO will be at the forefront of discovery and innovative treatment for major disabling conditions.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Serve as the executive responsible for nursing across all SRN inpatient, outpatient, and post-acute sites, programs and services.
  • Lead SRN within the MGH/Brigham System.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed as a professional nurse in MA along with a Doctorate in Nursing
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
  • Experience working within a Magnet Designated Academic Medical Center and within a union environment
