- Region’s only Level I Trauma Center, ranked #1 in Michigan; a Cardiac Center of Excellence; and Michigan’s first certified Comprehensive Stroke Center — one of about 20 nationwide.
Opportunity Highlights:
- The VP, COO SMG works in collaboration with and under the direction of the President of SMG and the EVP, COO of Sparrow Health.
- Help grow SMG, the region’s dominant physician organization.
- Responsible for administrative, operational, and strategic leadership for the growing SMG.
- 7 direct reports: Director Administrative Services, Director CV Services, Director Lansing Primary Care, Director Surgical Services, Director Regional Operations, Director Retail Health, Director Medical Specialties, and Director Physician Recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of seven years of leadership experience within a large multispecialty physician group practice or integrated delivery system.
