Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim Nursing Excellence, Magnet Program Consultant in the Northeast. The consultant must be a Highly accomplished nurse leader with a track record of building strong work environments and achieving high levels of RN satisfaction, patient experience and patient outcomes to fulfill the role of Executive Nursing Excellence Consultant.
Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- Magnet Program, Pathways to Excellence experience.
- Minimum of 5 years Nurse Executive experience with a track record of success in achieving high level of Nursing Quality, Patient Satisfaction, RN Satisfaction and implementation of nursing excellence structures and processes.
- Proven expertise in nursing excellence and the ANCC Magnet® recognition program, preparing for designation experience..
- Experience working with standards, stories, and data analysis.
- Data analysis and translation of data into actionable recommendations and interventions.
- Previous consulting experience preferred.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800- $850 per day ($208,000 – $221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
