This is a pivotal opportunity to lead nursing operations across the prominent Level I Trauma academic medical center (AMC).

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees required (one must be in Nursing).
- Doctoral degree or enrollment required.
- Minimum of seven (7) years in senior nursing leadership roles; prior CNO experience preferred.
- Experience developing and executing nursing strategy in an AMC or complex healthcare system.
- Proven success leading in a Magnet®-designated environment.
- Expertise in healthcare finance, resource management, nursing staffing, and regulatory compliance.
- Strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare leadership.
