Covenant Health has exclusively retained Kirby Bates Associates to identify their next Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. This is a pivotal opportunity for a dynamic, visionary and patient centered CNO to guide nursing practice and patient care excellence for this 444-bed flagship hospital in Knoxville, TN.
Reporting directly to the hospital President and CAO, the CNO will play a vital role in shaping clinical strategy, promoting a culture of excellence, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care across all patient care service areas.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees required (one of which must be in Nursing).
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
- At least five years of progressively responsible leadership experience, culminating in a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) role with demonstrated expertise in both fiscal and operational management.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive quality improvement, and foster a positive and accountable nursing culture.
