Kirby Bates Associates, a leading national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an Interim Operating Room Manager with an organization in California.
The OR Manager will be responsible for payroll, schedules, onboarding new staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the unit.
Requirements
- BSN required.
- Experience with Cerner.
- Experience with onboarding new employees, payroll and schedules.
- Experience managing the day-to-day operations of an OR department.
- Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license (California is not a compact nursing licensure state)
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850 per day ($221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
