Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an Interim Director of Nursing for an engagement opportunity in Wisconsin.
The DON will have oversite of the Medical Unit, Inpatient Rehab Unit, Palliative Care, and Medical-Surgical Oncology. Reporting to the DON will be managers for each of the units along with an educator.
Requirements:
• BSN
• Active Wisconsin or Compact Nursing License
• Proven Interim Leadership experience
• Ability to start immediately
• BLS
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900 per day ($234,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
