Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an Interim to Permanent Nurse Manager of Surgical Clinical Operations in California.
The Medical Center is a Level IV Trauma Center featuring a newly established Neurosurgery Program and multiple Centers of Excellence. This role will oversee operations for the Main Operating Room exclusively and will report directly to the Director of Surgical Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Must be willing to serve as an Interim to Permanent leader.
- California RN license required (CA is not a compact state).
- Proven leadership experience in Surgical Services.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Demonstrated experience in Perioperative Performance Improvement initiatives.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800-$850 per day ($208,000-$221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
