Kirby Bates Associates, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare executive search, is seeking an Interim Nurse Manager for a Progressive Care Unit in California. This is a 16-bed high functioning unit with strong patient outcomes.
The organization is well respected; they have two campuses and clinics around the region.
Key Qualifications:
- BSN required.
- Active California State nursing license in (CA is not a compact state).
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Interim Leadership experience.
- Union Experience.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $850.00 per day ($221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
