Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking an experienced Interim Magnet® Program Director for an engagement in New York. The role will be a hybrid role with responsibility for launching the Magnet program and leading the organization through the Magnet designation process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
- New York nursing license required (New York is not a compact state)
- Magnet Program experience.
- Magnet designation experience.
We take care of the logistics with a generous compensation package that includes housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $800- $850 per day ($208,000-$221,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
