Jocelyn Clarke serves as Assistant Vice President of Executive Search.
With an extensive nationwide network of healthcare leaders cultivated through her thought leadership and presentations at the Association of Healthcare Human Resources Administrators (ASHHRA), National Association of Healthcare Recruiters (NAHCR), College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME), and at leading conferences such as the HIMSS Global Health Conference, Jocelyn is an executive recruitment expert with a focus on the nuances of complex healthcare enterprises.
Jocelyn sees expert executive recruiting as the ultimate win-win because, with the right match, candidates improve their lives, and healthcare organizations better serve their communities. She is also passionate about the discoveries that technology executives and their teams will help uncover in data in the coming years and how they will revolutionize healthcare in ways we cannot yet imagine.
Jocelyn’s broad foundation in human resources spans a variety of fields including academia, non-profits, and healthcare, having served as a Regional Director of Human Resources for the Boys & Girls Clubs and Physician Recruitment Director for the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. Since 2015, she has focused her career exclusively on healthcare executive recruiting.
Jocelyn earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Florida State University. She lives in Central Florida and enjoys exploring various modes of transportation with her son in her spare time. Jocelyn joined Kirby Bates Associates as a Senior Executive Recruiter in 2021.
