Livonne Engebrecht joined Kirby Bates Associates (KBA) as a Search Associate in 2015 and was promoted in 2020 to serve as Senior Executive Recruiter. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare executive recruitment experience, having worked in two other specialty search firms before joining KBA.
As a talent acquisition specialist, Livonne partners with healthcare leaders to learn about their career trajectory and future professional goals, as they explore the next step in their career. She also strives to fully comprehend the unique needs of our clients in order to meet the recruitment needs of the organizations KBA serves. She has excellent communication skills and attention to detail, ensuring an efficient and enjoyable process for clients and candidates.
Livonne is passionate about her role as a member of the KBA team. She admires and respects executive nursing leaders for their expertise, education, and dedication to delivering quality patient care. She enjoys and is honored to partner with KBA’s Executive and Senior Vice Presidents, highly experienced healthcare executives, to meet clients’ needs.
Livonne earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from State University of New York, The College at New Paltz. She grew up on Long Island, NY, has lived in Westchester County, NY, Sonoma County, CA, Portland, OR and currently resides in Montana. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful granddaughter, as well as hiking, yoga, meditating, reading, and cooking for family and friends.
