With over 20 years of experience in recruiting and 15 years in account management, Wendy Siegel brings a wealth of deep knowledge and a breadth of proven experience to each search she conducts. As assistant vice president, she works with Kirby Bates’ vice presidents on executive and director-level searches across the continuum of care delivery organizations and across the C-suite.
Wendy’s talent acquisition career began at Jewish Family and Career Services of Atlanta. More recently, Wendy led recruitment of director-level and above positions system-wide as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Piedmont Health System.
Building on those skills and her understanding of health systems, Wendy joined Tyler & Company, a boutique executive leadership and interim management firm focused exclusively on healthcare delivery organizations, in 2019. Wendy was welcomed by Kirby Bates Associates during their merger with Tyler & Company in 2021.
Wendy is passionate about connecting people and opportunities, with a strong track record of hiring for fit and longevity. With her natural-born and professionally developed skill as a connector, Wendy thoroughly enjoys her reputation as “The Candidate Whisperer.”
Wendy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising from the University of Georgia. She proudly shares her UGA alumni status with both her son and her daughter. A lifelong learner, Wendy has earned certifications in Crucial Conversations and Developing Emotional Intelligence. In 2022 Wendy earned the Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter designation.
In her spare time, Wendy volunteers with the University of Georgia Career Center and is active with the Atlanta Lab Rescue organization. She loves to bake and cook, spend time outdoors, travel, and enjoys time with family and friends.
