Administrative Director, Cardiovascular Services

The Opportunity: Reporting to the FirstHealth Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), the Administrative Director Cardiovascular Services will provide oversight and coordination of the CV service line in collaboration with the CV physician leadership and the CNO.  Direct accountability for the cath lab, EP lab, EKG/Echo, cardiac rehab, and ambulatory clinics.  Responsible for implementing new services associated with the structural heart program.  The Administrative Director will be an innovative leader and relationship builder who can grow the service line.

The Candidate: The ideal candidate possesses:

  • MBA in health care preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline strongly preferred.
  • Minimum three years of proven leadership experience and five years CV service-line experience.
  • Successful track record of leading sustainable change.
  • Has implemented new outpatient/ambulatory CV services in a community-based setting.
  • Outpatient/ambulatory, structural heart, and echo experience.

The Community: The Pinehurst region is halfway between the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains to the west and the beautiful beaches of North Carolina’s Outer Banks. A base salary, incentive plan, relocation, and benefits package are offered.
