Associate Chief Nursing Officer

Kirby Bates Associates is pleased to partner with Spaulding Rehabilitation Boston (SRH) in their search for an Associate Chief Nursing Officer who will lead Nursing and nursing practice for this prestigious, academic teaching, and research-oriented organization affiliated with Harvard Medical School.

Spaulding and the Spaulding Network (SRN) is part of Mass General Brigham healthcare system. Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital is the flagship and anchor institution of the Spaulding Network which consists of four inpatient facilities providing a comprehensive spectrum of leading edge rehabilitative and post-acute services.

The ACNO reports to SRN system COO/CNO and works collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team at both Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and the Spaulding Rehabilitation Network. The ACNO participates in strategic planning and the development of innovative programs and services. Working as a member of a collaborative, interprofessional team, the ACNO promotes a high quality, safe, and fiscal accountability environment. As the senior leader for the clinical practice of Nursing and Patient Care Services, the ACNO will be at the forefront of discovery and innovative treatment for major disabling conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Nursing, or working toward.
  • Licensed as a professional nurse in MA.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience.
  • Experience working within an Academic Medical Center.
  • Magnet experience.
